Upon arrival, we continue our support by offering a thorough orientation to familiarize participants with their new environment. This includes an introduction to local customs and traditions, guidance on navigating local transportation systems, and assistance with any necessary administrative tasks such as setting up bank accounts or registering for local services.

Our hiring processes
The primary requirements for a participant as an educator in an Exchange Program are:
Possess the equivalent of a 4-year U.S. Bachelor’s in Education, as evaluated by a NACES-member organization.
Have a minimum of 2 years of full-time, K-12 lead classroom teacher experience.
Meet the qualifications to be certified as a teacher in the U.S. state where they will be teaching.
Possesses strong communication abilities and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the English language.
Demonstrate proficiency in Computer applications.
Screening methodology
1. The Human Resources team begins by identifying potential candidates from our database of interested participants.
2. Candidates are then shortlisted based on one-on-one interviews and evaluation of their credentials.
3. Shortlisted candidates participate in group discussions and individual interactions with subject matter experts.
4. Profiles that fulfill all criteria are vetted and forwarded to the respective county or schools for online interviews.
5. Upon successful completion of the interview and receipt of confirmation from the school, the steps for initiating the J1 process are set in motion.
